Phishing and Fraudulent Attempts

Phishing through Internet is a fraudulent attempt, usually made through social media sites like Facebook, email, and phone calls, SMS etc seeking your personal and confidential information. Never respond to such posts or emails. If this happens, report immediately on geteasydocs@gmail.com.

Company Policies

• All new schemes/plans/circulars have respective additional terms and conditions
• We provide consultancy for New ITI OPENING, ISO Certification, and Trademark Related legal Services
• The company is not responsible for any issues due to pirated software or hardware
• The company reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in illegal activities immediately

If any Problem persist related to your account or network Related Problem, resolution will be given only through remote login or by telecommunication between office times (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM) except national holidays and 4th Saturday.

2. Grievance Redressal Policy

PHPA EASYDOCS PRIVATE LIMITED has developed a procedure to attend Customer/franchisee grievances promptly. This is done by setting up an internal three-tier system with Customer/Franchisee Support and a Grievance Redressal Committee.

• Complainant: The Customer/franchisee who has a Grievance
• Grievance: Communication expressing dissatisfaction about service or action
• Working Day: Any day (other than Sunday and Public Holidays) when the Corporate Office is open

Service Level Agreement (SLA) Timelines

Escalation Process

Level 1: Customer Support

Your grievance will be acknowledged immediately with a reference number for future communications.

Level 2: Escalation Officer

If Level 1 resolution is unsatisfactory or timelines are breached, escalate with your complaint reference number to our Level 2 escalation officer.

Level 3: Highest Level Management

If the issue persists after Level 2, you can escalate to the highest level. You will receive acknowledgment within 48 hours to 7 working days.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility

• PHPA EASYDOCS PRIVATE LIMITED refunds only if payment is successfully credited but the service is not delivered
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method only
• If a transaction has money charged but recharge is not delivered within 24 hours, you may request a refund
• Until an executive is assigned, transactions can be cancelled and refund will be initiated within 15 working days

How to Request a Refund

2. Mention clearly your transaction details and current issue
3. Describe the problem you are facing with recharge/money transfer or service delivery
4. You can also raise a ticket from your login panel
5. Refund will be initiated within 15 working days from receipt of your request
6. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method

Cancellation Policy

If you receive a cancellation notice for a service order within 24 hours of placing the order and if the order has not been processed by us, we will cancel the order and refund the entire amount within 10 to 15 days. We cannot cancel orders that have already been processed.

Refunds and Stored Balances

PHPA EASYDOCS does not operate a stored-value "wallet". Payments are processed directly through third-party payment providers. The company does not hold or maintain any customer wallet balances.

Important: Refunds for transactions (where applicable) will be credited to the original payment method used to make the transaction (card, UPI, net banking, etc.).

If you believe a transaction was charged incorrectly, contact us at geteasydocs@gmail.com with the transaction details; refunds will be initiated as per the timeline in this policy.

Replacement Policy

• Send high-quality pictures of damaged products immediately upon receipt
• Return product within 3 days from delivery
• We take responsibility only for manufacturing defects
• Extended return time is within 7 to 8 working days
• Product must be returned in original, undamaged packing

Third-Party Services

If the service/product is provided by third party, refund/replacement will be processed as per the timeline given by third party and you are bounded by their refund/replacement policy.

4. Terms of Use (TOU)

General Terms

Access to and use of our website/mobile application is subject to these TOU and our Privacy Policy. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these general terms. If you do not agree, you are not permitted to access our platform.

Eligibility

• Services are not available to minors under the age of 18
• Users suspended or removed by PHPA EASYDOCS Group cannot access services
• Users are prohibited from selling, trading, or transferring their accounts

Right to Use Personal/Contact Details

By providing your personal/contact details, you agree that we may contact you electronically or through phone to understand your interest and fulfill your demand. We may make your details available to authorized members/agents or franchisees, and you may be contacted by them. You agree to receive promotional materials and special offers.

Intellectual Property Rights

• All information, content, material, and data on our platform belongs to us or our licensors
• You may temporarily print, copy, or download for personal use only
• Reproduction for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited
• It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, modify, or reverse engineer any software or marketing material

Our Limited Liabilities

• We use reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee it

• We are not responsible for losses or damages from inability to access

User Responsibilities

Governing Law

These TOU and your access shall be governed by Indian laws. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
