Account Security & Responsibility

Phishing & Fraudulent Attempts

Phishing through Internet is a fraudulent attempt, usually made through social media sites like Facebook, email, and phone calls, SMS etc seeking your personal and confidential information. Never respond to such posts or emails. If this happens, report immediately on geteasydocs@gmail.com.

If any Problem persist related to your account or network Related Problem, resolution will be given only through remote login or by telecommunication between office times (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM) except national holidays and 4th Saturday.

2. Grievance Redressal Policy

PHPA EASYDOCS PRIVATE LIMITED has developed a procedure to attend Customer/franchisee grievances promptly. This is done by setting up an internal three-tier system with Customer/Franchisee Support and a Grievance Redressal Committee.

Escalation Process

Level 1: Customer Support

Your grievance will be acknowledged immediately with a reference number for future communications.

Level 2: Escalation Officer

If Level 1 resolution is unsatisfactory or timelines are breached, escalate with your complaint reference number to our Level 2 escalation officer.

Level 3: Highest Level Management

If the issue persists after Level 2, you can escalate to the highest level. You will receive acknowledgment within 48 hours to 7 working days.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important: A sale is final once executed from your panel. No refund or exchange or cancellation will be permitted after transaction completion.

Refund Eligibility

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at geteasydocs@gmail.com with your refund request
  2. Mention clearly your transaction details and current issue
  3. Describe the problem you are facing with recharge/money transfer or service delivery
  4. You can also raise a ticket from your login panel
  5. Refund will be initiated within 15 working days from receipt of your request
  6. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method

Cancellation Policy

If you receive a cancellation notice for a service order within 24 hours of placing the order and if the order has not been processed by us, we will cancel the order and refund the entire amount within 10 to 15 days. We cannot cancel orders that have already been processed.

Refunds & Stored Balances

PHPA EASYDOCS does not operate a stored-value "wallet". Payments are processed directly through third-party payment providers. The company does not hold or maintain any customer wallet balances.

Important: Refunds for transactions (where applicable) will be credited to the original payment method used to make the transaction (card, UPI, net banking, etc.).

If you believe a transaction was charged incorrectly, contact us at geteasydocs@gmail.com with the transaction details; refunds will be initiated as per the timeline in this policy.

Replacement Policy

Third-Party Services

If the service/product is provided by third party, refund/replacement will be processed as per the timeline given by third party and you are bounded by their refund/replacement policy.

4. Terms of Use (TOU)

General Terms

Access to and use of our website/mobile application is subject to these TOU and our Privacy Policy. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these general terms. If you do not agree, you are not permitted to access our platform.
